IMPHAL, Feb 18: The 13th session of the 10th Manipur Legislative Assembly will begin tomorrow at 11am.
The Assembly session which will continue till March 4 will have 11 sittings.
The Governor V Shanmuganathan will also address the House during the first session of the year.
Following the Governor’s address, the Chief Minister of the State O Ibobi Singh who is also the leader of the House will table the Annual Budget for 2016-17 in the House.
The supplementary budget of the year 2015-16 will also be tabled.
It is also learnt that the Governor will have a photo session with the members of the 10th Manipur Legislative Assembly at the Assembly Complex for which the members have been officially informed by the Assembly Secretariate.
