The KIO has owned the responsibility for the bomb explosion inside the campus of the officer. The outfit’s secretary information and publicity Thomas Anal had informed the press on the phone, claiming that the act was the result or repercussion of the MCS officer’s insulting and defying words against the outfit.
He added that in case the MCS officer fails to clarify on the issues before the outfit by March 10, the group will act.
According to neighbours, they heard a loud explosion from the residential compound of the ADC. However, family members didn’t hear a thing.
