IMPHAL, Dec 13: Kshetrimayum Naranayan Singh of Manipur will take part in the 17th World festival of youth and students to be held at Johannesberg, South Africa from December 13 to 21.
The festival is being organised with the slogan ‘Let’s defeat imperelism, for a World of peace, solidarity and transformation’. About 25000 delegates from 172 countries representing
various youth and students organisations striving for better world are expecting participate in the event.
The national preparatory committee, India for the 17th world student and youth festival has selected Narayan as leading participant.
