IMPHAL, Dec 19: The volunteers of JN Hospital Pharmacists’ Association have conducted a one day social service camp (cleanliness drive) today inside the premises of Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Medical Sciences, Porompat, Imphal East.
About 70 volunteers of the association participated in the social service which began from 7 am in the morning and continued till 4 pm in the evening.
The vice-president of JN Hospital Pharmacists’ Association, N. Shamu stated the association has been conducting the social service camp regularly right from its establishment in 2005. This is the 15th time the association is organizing social service camp with the objective of keeping the surrounding of the only state run medical college, JNIMS neat and clean, he noted.
