IMPHAL Dec 30: Demanding 6th central revised pay in totality, the Council of Teachers` Association (COTA) observed the 22nd relay hunger strike at Wangoi Junior High School today. A press release by convenor of the association S Gunamani states that the state government must honor the MOU signed between the CM and the association and to further press the issue, COTA representatives will meet the Chief Minister on January 4.
