IMPHAL, Sep 11: The Transporters and Drivers Council of Manipur (TDCM) has instructed all trucks, oil tankers and gas bullets to report at Langjing Parking from tomorrow onwards as security escorts have been arranged for the vehicles that will be plying on the NH-53 on September 13, said a release.
