IMPHAL, November 9: Similarly, troops of 31 Assam Rifles launched operation in general area Khudengthabi and apprehended a drug peddler alongwith 7 Kgs of processed Opium at around 6 pm on November 8, 2010. The apprehendee was identified as Aimung Zou, 35, son of Lenkhojan Zou, residence of Ward No. 2, Moreh. The seized drug destroyed in presence of community leaders and apprehendee was handed over to them.
