Improper Mobile Service


With regards to the mobile black out today i would like to request through media that mobile service providers to please clarify the reason of black out as all services except BSNL were out of range from 9:20am till 3:20pm (6 hrs approx).

It is a major loss for business establishment since business deals usually occur through mobile, as well as there can be situations where emergency patients might not get treatment immediately due to the fact that mobile sometimes is the only way to communicate during emergency.
In the interest of general public it is my sincere request that mobile service providers clarify the situation of 6 hours and do not let such event happen in future.
