IMPHAL Feb 8: Executive Magistrate of Lillong , Md Azizur Rehman today ordered a magisterial inquiry in regard to the killing of one Md Razak Khan.
Razak Khan ,22, S/o Md Abdul Hakim of Lillong Leihaokhong Mamang was killed by a combined team of Manipur police commandos and 37 Assam Rifles on 13/9/2007 under Lillong police station of Thoubal District . A notification by the executive magistrate states that oral evidence or documents can be given to him on or before February 28 so as to discern the facts and circumstances leading to the incident.
