IMPHAL, Mar 12: The vice-president of Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC), Sagolsem Achouba has distributed hybrid seeds of gourd, cucumber, chilly, ladies’ finger, brinjal, bitter gourd and other high-yielding variety of seasonal crops.
