It has given its revolutionary salute to the cadres who have laid down their lives for the independence movement. Though the UPPK is still a fledgling organization, it is able to make preparations to defeat the Indian government through political and military means. It has further stated that the public should remain wary of the so called ‘nationalist’ as those who are with the puppet government they are wearing false masks and works under the whims of the ‘Indian imperialist forces’. The central committee has appealed that the public should introspect into the matter so as to save themselves from undue harm.

It is time that the public should take a proper stance against the ‘Indian Imperialism’ and their method of conducting of elections after forcefully annexing the state and absorbing it to the Indian constitution. Thereby, the outfit has appealed that none should contest in the upcoming 10thAssembly Elections, and those who contest will be treated as a ‘national traitor’ by the outfit and will take effective political and military actions.

The outfit on purview of the CorCom effort to eke out a United Front has given solidarity and has refrained from any celebrations during its anniversary. It has concluded on the note that those outfits that are presently in peace talks and SoO should come back to the revolutionary mainstream to unitedly fight for independence.
