IMPHAL December 3: MPSC secretary P Doungel, IPS and Director of Manipur Police Training College organized a reception ceremony for the players and officials of Manipur Police Sepak Takraw team today at his office chambers. The team bagged the winner, runner up and third position at the Pourabi Yaipha Naharol Kanglup competition organized under the auspices of All Manipur Sepak Takraw Association which was held from December 25 to 31, a release by L Madhumani Singh,assistant sports secretary,MPSC states.
