IMPHAL, Feb 4: GOC 3 Corps, Lieutenant General Dalbir, accompanied by YSM, IGAR (South), UK Gurung, called on chief minister O Ibobi and reviewed the prevailing situation of the state. The GOC who arrived yesterday on a two-day state visit earlier visited Nampisha, Chassad, Sehlon, Tegnoupal, Old Samtal, Joupim Moreh, Moltuk and Phaisnajang and hd discussions with the formation commanders.
