IMPHAL, April 1: Roads and culverts constructed under PMGSY at Kairang Meitei Khunyai road, Kairang, and Kontha Ahallup Lai Maning Taba are now in a dilapidated condition.
Mutum Churamani of Kairang Maning Leikai has threatened to take up legal action if the concerned authorities fail to clarify with regard to the said works within one week.
