IMPHAL, June 16: The Mapithel Dam affected Ching-Tam organisations (MDACTO), Ukhrul District and Mapithel Dam Multipurpose project displaced villages committee (MDMPDVC), Ukhrul District held a joint meeting on June 16 at Khuman Lampak, Imphal.
The joint meeting of two originations had decided unanimously to demand and appeal to the Chief Minister of Manipur and the Minister of IFC, Manipur for immediate amicable solution of the submerged/displaced villages and affected villages, under Mapithel Dam, Ukhrul District, said a joint statement of MDACTO and MDMPDVC.
