IMPHAL, June 16: A mustard oil loaded Tata truck bearing regd no AS 01 U 2171 skidded off the road and fell down a gorge at Kambiron under Nungba PS along the NH 37 killing the driver at 12:10pm yesterday.
The truck was coming from Jiribam towards Imphal.
The driver has been identified as Md Allimuddin, 32 son of Md Jamiruddin of Lakhipur Sapermeina village, Cachar district, Assam.
The dead body was handed over to his relatives after post mortem was conducted at RIMS.
