IMPHAL, June 16: An unidentified male dead body which has been lying unclaimed for the last one week at RIMS mortuary has been handed over to Imphal Municipality to dispose of on Saturday.
The man was shifted to RIMS after City Police found him in an unconscious state near Kangla Fort here on June 10. However, he died at RIMS the next day due to opium overdose, according to City Police.
