IMPHAL, June 29: A Quick Reaction Team of Kangpokpi Police arrested one KRA militant identified as Lamjahao Hangshing alias Abul, 21 son of (L) Lamkhojam of Tingpibung village from Old Petrol Pump of Kangpokpi on June 29 at around 3:10am.
According to a statement of the Senapati SP, the arrested individual was trying to extort money from vehicles plying along the National Highway 2.
A mobile handset was recovered from his possession, it added.
