IMPHAL, July 25: A team of All Manipur Elementary School Teachers’ Association (AMESTA) led by general secretary Ch Santakumar has left Imphal to participate in the general council meeting of All India Primary Teachers Federation (AIPTF) on July 14 and 27 at Karnal, Hariyana.
