IMPHAL, July 23: BJP Manipur Pradesh president Sh Shantikumar Sharma has appreciated the lone MLA who cast vote in favour of PA Sangma in the Presidential election. Out of 60 MLAs from Manipur, only one MLA voted for PA Sangma while vote of one MLA was declared invalid.
