IMPHAL, July 19: A hand grenade was found at a drain near the residence of a retired police inspector, namely Okram Shamungou of Kwakeithel Laishram Leikai at around 10 am today. The bomb experts of Manipur Police later recovered the grenade and detonated it safely.
