IMPHAL, July 2: Kesho Meitei, commander-in-chief of the proscribed KCP (MTF) was on Monday sent to the Guwahati Central Jail after being produced before the Special Court of NIA.
Naorem Inakkhunba, better known as Kesho Meitei, 37, son of N Ningthemjao, is a native of Uchiwa Wangma Taba under Mayang Imphal Police Station, Thoubal district.
He was nabbed by a team of NIA sleuths from Hilscart Road, Siliguri on June 11 last. The Investigating agency reported to have seized Rs 1.25 lakh in cash from him along with one debit card and another credit card.
