It states that the talk of surrender itself is anathema to the outfit and it knows that factually, no cadres have surrendered. Instead, parading some persons dressed in camouflage outfits and brandishing them as cadres is an insult to the intellect of the public. The IGAR (S) has mentioned that cadres have surrendered, then the names and other details of the surrendered militants should be made public. The surrender drama is a farce and some people have been recruited to masquerade as surrendered insurgents just for the credit of the security forces.
