IMPHAL, July 8: UCC defeated YWC by 3 wickets in the ongoing MCA U-16 Cricket Tournament at Luwangpokpa Cricket Stadium today which was credited to Hasif, who took four wickets and he was also declared man of the match.The tournament is organized by Manipur Cricket Association.
UCC Uripok won the toss and elected to field. YWC Langthabal, in the first innings, scored 50 runs in 20 overs all out. Bishwas scored 7 runs in 25 balls.
UCC Bowler Hasif took four wickets (man of the match), Anish and Sandip took two wickets each, Erananda and Denial took one wicket each. In the second innings, UCC reached the target 51 runs in 20.4 overs for 7 wickets down. Vicky scored 17 runs in 56 balls (not out).
YWC bowlers, Bishwas took four wickets, Prasanta took two wickets and Bingson took one wicket.
