IMPHAL, August 29: The village authorities of Tusom C.V. have submitted a memorandum to the Minister of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Economics and Statistics, Government of Manipur “requesting for immediate spot enquiry on construction of road from Chingai to Tusom via Challau and construction of road from Kharasom to New Tusom for necessary action against incomplete work.”
