IMPHAL, Aug 25: The Assam Rifles in concert with various governmental organizations and NGOs will be organizing a one day seminar on August 27 at Kakching under the aegis of the 28 Sector AR.
A PRO, IGAR statement said the function will be presided over by Maj Gen UK Gurung.
