IMPHAL, August 31: In a twist of events, the Dhanas Police station, Chandigarh registered the case of recovering Rabi as case number 5 with “Unnatural Death” under 174 CrPC, when the body was recovered without the limbs of the deceased after the victim last left their paying guest where he stayed with his brother.
