IMPHAL, Sept 18: The 1st state level integrated literary meet to commemorate Lamyanba Hijam Irabot will be organised by Handicapped Development Foundation, HDF for three days during September 24 till 26. Forms may be had from their office at Sagolband Tera Pukhri Mapal, a statement said.
