IMPHAL, Sept 18: Office of the Phungva, Sirarakhong Village of Ukhrul District in a press statement by L Ngathingyao, chairman of Sirarakhong village and headman W Wunghayap Zimik appeals the concerned persons of the area not to spread false rumors.
It mentioned that such rumors are interrupting developmental works of the area and appeals to refrain.
