IMPHAL, Oct 13: A team of 28 AR on petrol duty came across an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) planted on Ushoipokpi Bridge in Lilong, Thoubal District today morning at around 6 am. A team of police bomb expert arrived at the site and safely retrieved the bomb. Later, the bomb was safely defused at a nearby empty area.
