IMPHAL, October 13 : The Kangleipak Communist Party (MC) has in a statement stated that Konjengbam Eeecha alias Ibecha, daughter of late K Hera of Moirang Panshang Leikai is not a member of KCP (MC). Ibecha was reportedly arrested from a place near Keishampat Churachandpur bus parking according to a police report as published in some local dailies, it said.
