IMPHAL, October 18: The State Sub Junior Boys team has entered the semi final of the 2nd Hockey India Sub Junior Boys and girls (East Zone) National Championship at Patna by defeating Assam.
The state boys defeated their Assam counterparts by 4-1 today.
The scorers are N Rohesh Kumar (24th), M Robert (37th), N Jenjen (48th) and H Mani (51st).
On the other hand, the State Sub-Junior girls lost against host Bihar by 3-0 and ousted from the championship.
