This is very uncouth. Indeed, it’s a big disappointing factor to kill the long hours of people in the ATM Queue. By the way, which ATM booth in the city is not in Queue? What is the ultimate meaning of issuing cash-card by the banks to their account holders’; is it to create convenience or render inconvenience?

The people in the city have been in the exhausting, time-consuming, and the angst’s experience of standing in ‘Q’, more than 100-meter-long, to dispense their money from any of the cash dispensing machines positioned at the city sites. But the big managers’ of the big banks, enjoying thick salary, sitting in a spongy-chair inside the 5-star atmosphere chamber may not understand the annoying, value of time lost, standing in the long ATM-queue. “It’s Horrible!” this is what the people in the “Q” have said, lining to dispense their cash.

This “ATM’s –Q” has becomes the latest buzz in the city, it’s a new extra-ordinary challenge still-in-face by the ordinary people, beside others. This is now a public concern, so the Bank’s authority should treat the matter delicately, and address the issue instantaneously in due course. And, the big managers of the various bank in the state, who enjoys thick salary, requires to conduct a co-ordination meeting with their peers of other banks and to put the matters forward in front of their superiors so that the issue could be addressed. Otherwise, if the “Q” issue becomes super-phenomenon, some awkward card-holder who could go mental soon may rattle the machines, this is what the doomsayer predicts.

If the booth of an ATM is not queued with people, then the people sense with their quasi-statistic organ that the machines has ‘no money’ or a power-cut problem has occurred or the banks-intranet-line has gone. This “ATM-Q” scene reflected a service deficiency in bank’s supply-demands of cards. It narrates indirectly a story about a serious flaw in cash-card flows towards the beneficiary, the moral of the story seems that bank have issued more cards beyond the target allocation made of a booth or of an areas. If we could compare between the numbers of card holders and the number of ATM-Booth allocated in the state, then who won’t say theirs is flaws in the service flow?

But, witty about the overall scene underlie about the “Q” is the people who hasn’t lodged a complaint for an improved service to create more convenience to them. And the fellows who prophesized with their pen has never penned about this public concern and the so-called self-styled people of the fifth estate of the democratic pillar hasn’t vocalized at all till date.

This is a petty matter of big concern, as ATM is not an ‘Automated Time-Machine’ that can reverse back and restore the precious time lost by the people, during queuing to dispense, in the need hours of cash. Seriously, the old paradigm of saying that “time is money”; “Time is precious”, just can’t be disproved by putting people in the line that’s nearly 100 meter long so called ‘ATM-Q’. Does ATM stands for Q?
