IMPHAL, November 26: State boys’ and girls’ teams register wins in today’s matches of the ongoing National School Games Football for U-14 boys and girls at Mumbai.
Manipur boys’ team defeated Daman and Diu by 4-0, while the Manipur girls’ team defeated Madhya Pradesh team by 12-0.
Sanatomba (7th), Dinesh (17th), Vinodkhana (19th) and Kardali (23rd) scored for Manipur boys’ team.
Ratnamala (4 goals), Roja (5 goals), Ranjana (one goal), Borkeina (one goal) and Leineikim (one goal) scored for Manipur girls’ team.
