IMPHAL, Dec 21: The All Manipur Anti- Drug Association (AMADA) has thanked Andro assembly constituency MLA, Th Shyamkumar for raising the issue of the open sale of foreign liquor by 1st MR and 2nd MR inside the Kangla during the 10th Manipur Legislative Assembly. The association also expressed its desire that people and the authority concerned, look into the sale of foreign liquor and local wine in the state.
