MOREH Feb 27: The 4 nation care rally (Bangladesh, China, India, Myanmar) Car rally had a rush stop at the Moreh station.
The stop was due to the breakdown of a car following which, the rally was delayed in reaching Moreh station. The participants of the rally had a quick lunch at Moreh Trade Centre. Just before the flag off for the next station, the media team of Manipur had a brief chat with the Bangladesh team.
During the brief meet, a participant of the Bangladesh team when asked about the condition of the Jiri-Imphal road responded with a querry, “Was that a road?”
Bangladesh Television News Producer Mohammad Moniruzzaman Khan was also amongst the participants of the 4 nation car rally.
The participants also stated that to bring good relation between the countries, the people and Government must maintain a good relationship apart from organizing car rallies.
Konthoujam Govindas Singh, Minister Commerce & Industries and Sericulture flagged off the rally from the Trade Centre Moreh for its further journey.
