IMPHAL, Feb 6: The dead body of a ZUF cadre indentified as Pouthailung Gonmei (22) son of Paodindai of Rangkhong village who was killed in an alleged encounter by a combined team of 6th and 13th Assam Rifles yesterday morning at Ramgailong under Tamenglong police station was handed over to his family members last night after a post mortem was conducted at the Tamenglong district hospital morgue.
