IMPHAL, Feb 20: The Arts Society Manipur has in a release said that Langonjam Samu Singh of Bamon Leikai Mangjin has been selected for the Governor Art Award 2012 for his excellence in the field of fine arts. The Governor will present the award at a function on March 21 at Government Dance College, Palace compound as per the release.
