As a former staff of IFP, I can feel what is going through the minds of the work force of IFP. Having worked non-stop day and night, against all odds the day to rejoice is finally here. If an individual is given a chance to see the working style of IFP, one will find it remarkable how a handful of staffs manage to bring out a decent looking newspaper the next day. In short it’s like a ship sailing through a storm ‘All hands on deck’ especially the night shift. Setting aside the news stuffs, even the desk (or sub-editors) has their own responsibility in the event of any technical failure. Another unique working experience is that there are no hierarchy and each of us worked very independently. I believe this freedom and working experiences has helped me developed my sense of responsibility.

Last but not the least it was an honour to work under a noted Editor like tamo Pradip, a man bound by his Journalistic principles and not that of commercial values.

I once again wish IFP a happy anniversary and hope it will come out stronger.
