IMPHAL, May 15: A press release from Superintendent of Police, Imphal West district, Manipur said that Singjamei Police team arrested a cadre of PLA from Meitei Lamkhai near Canchipur on May 15, 2013. He has been identified as Chongtham Suresh Singh alias Birla alias Phubangamba (40), son of Ch Mani Singh of Mayang Imphal Thana Maning.
