IMPHAL, May 15: The All Manipur Students’ Union has today announced during a press conference that hair cutting charges should be as proposed earlier by the Manipur Barbers’ Association and declared subsequently by the Deputy Labour Commissioner. The charges are Rs 20 for hair cutting, Rs 10 for shaving, Rs 20 for special saving, Rs 50 for hair dying (kulab), Rs 20 for malish, Rs 40 for full body malish, Rs 20 for full head shaving etc.
