IMPHAL, June 15: Lilong police today reportedly seized two JCB excavators and a Tata dipper for illegally digging and collecting soil from Waithou reserved forest range under Lilong police station in Thoubal district.
The operators of the heavy machinery and the driver of the dipper were produced before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thoubal, sources said.
