IMPHAL, June 24: Two persons were arrested by personnel of the 6th Manipur Riffles posted at Cheirap Court complex today while the two were trying to steal a vehicle parked inside the court complex. The two were later handed over to the police.
The incident occurred this noon at around 12.45pm when the two alleged vehicle lifters identified as Ayekpam Sushil (33), son of (L) Khomei of Mutum Phibou and Huidrom Inao (32), of Yumnam Huidrom were caught red-handed by the MR personnel were trying to steal a Scooter NV parked inside the court complex.
Later, the two were handed over to the concern Imphal police station
