JIRIBAM, July 29: One day free medical camp was held on July 28, 2013 in the Jiribam sub division at Primary Health Centre, Chhotobekara which is run by the Karuna Trust in partnership with Govt of Manipur.
A number of 125 patients were given treatment by a team of one Doctor, one Pharmacy, one Lab Technician, four numbers of Nurses and one ASHA (Accredited Social Health Activists).
T Vijaychandra Singh said that Karuna Trust conducted the free medical in compliance of the MoU signed with the Govt of Manipur and further continued to add that such medical should be done twice a year. The first one was held on June 22 last, he concluded.
