IMPHAL, August 31: The 17th Khwairakpam Chittaranjan Memorial Awards 2013 was today organised at Eureka High School, Khongjom Sapam in Thoubal district, said a press release of the head of the Eureka High School.
The award for this year was conferred to Haobam Sanatomba Singh. A special award was also given to Lalit Singh Haobam, who scored first division in the HSLC exam of this year, it said.
