IMPHAL, August 1: Unidentified miscreants hurled a hand grenade inside a bakery run by a non local located at Kangjabi Meisnam Leikai under Imphal Police station Imphal west at around 8.10 pm today, however no one was injured in the blast.
According to the local of Kangjabi Meisnam Leikai the hand grande exploded inside the Baba Ganesh Bakery run by one Krishnapal of West Bengal in a rented room of Kabrabam Token (52), son of (L) Bidhu of Kangjabi Meisnam Leikai.
Locals further said that the blast occurred inside the bakery shop when the workers of the bakery were engaged in the work inside. Altogether, seven non local persons were engaged in the bakery but no one got injured in the blast.
