IMPHAL, August 14: The District Administration of Chandel district observed Patriots’ Day in the complex of Deputy Commissioner. The function of the observance of the Patriot’s Day was presided over by the Deputy Commissioner, Th Chitaranjan Singh, IAS and many civil and police officials also participated in the function, it said in a statement of DIPR.
