IMPHAL, Sept 4: The trade union members of Manipur which are affiliated to Indian National Trade Union Congress (INTUC) such as Manipur Electricity Employees Union, Imphal Municipal Council Employees Union and All Manipur Minor Irrigation Employees Union left Imphal on September 3, 2013 to participate the 30th Plenary Session of Indian National Trade Union Congress at Raipur in Chhattisgarh, said a statement of the Indian National Trade Union Congress, Manipur branch.
