IMPHAL, September 5: A new office building of State Project Officer, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), State Mission Authority, Manipur was inaugurated today in an inaugural function jointly organised by SSA SMA, Manipur and Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA), State Implementation Society, Manipur held at the complex of SSA SMA.
Speaking on the occasion, H Dileep Singh, Director Education (S) said the new building structure has overall seating capacity of 65 staffs including guest visitors ie 36 seating capacity in the first floor and 29 in the second floor. The first floor comprises of staff toilet, training cell and meeting room in the eastern end while the western end comprises of Audit section, Pedagogy and Establishment section and Director’s room.
He further said the second floor comprises of staff toilet and Accounts section in the eastern wing whereas the western wing comprises of Inclusive Education for Disabled Childrens Intervention and State Co-ordinators & Assistant State Co-ordinators section.
However, the old office building will be utilized for seating of Addl State Project Director, Finance Controller, Engineering section, Management & Information System section in the eastern wing, he added.
