IMPHAL, October 1: The Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee will be observing the 144th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi on October 2 at Congress Bhavan, BT Road, said a press release of Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee.
The function would be attended by Chief Minister O Ibobi Singh; Gaikhangam, president MPCC; MPs; MLAs and leaders of Congress; office bearers of MPCC; leaders of frontal and cell along with Congress workers, it added.
